General conditions
- Gelieve 15 minuten voor de activiteit aanwezig te zijn.
- Wijzigingen in de tijdsloten voorbehouden.
- Bij slechte weersomstandigheden, zoals dichte mist en zware storm, kan het zijn dat de tour niet doorgaat.
- Dogs are not allowed at the venues.
- You are not allowed to bring and/or consume your own food and/or beverages.
- Bij onvoldoende deelname kan de activiteit geannuleerd worden. Gasten worden hiervan door ons tijdig op de hoogte gebracht.
- Vouchers van derde partijen en kortingsacties dienen volgens de instructie verzilverd te zijn. Er kan geen kortingsactie of voucher ter plaatse verzilverd worden als er niet op de juiste manier gereserveerd is. De vouchers zijn uitsluitend geldig op de dag en het tijdslot waarvoor je deze verzilverd hebt en kunnen niet op een ander tijdslot of datum gebruikt worden.

- Verplaatsen van tickets naar een andere datum is mogelijk tot 5 dagen voor de activiteit. Dit kan telefonisch of per e-mail.
- All transportation shall be on the CBRB/VNPR Passenger Transportation Conditions, filed with the District Court of Rotterdam.
Algemene voorwaarden Guilty Pleasure BIngo Brunch en Floating Dinner Show
Voor de Guilty Pleasure Bingo Brunch en de Floating Dinner Show gelden deze voorwaarden:
- There is no possibility of refund when cancelling tickets, reducing the number of people and arriving late.
- Tickets cannot be transferred to another date.
- An event may be canceled if there are insufficient participants. Guests will be notified of this in good time.
- The Boat Bar has limited accessibility for people with disabilities. To enter the restaurant, you must climb a flight of stairs. The restrooms are also located on a floor that is only accessible via stairs.
- Honden worden niet op de locatie toegelaten.
- You are not allowed to bring and/or consume your own food and/or beverages.
