General conditions
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour.
- Changes in departure times reserved.
- In adverse weather conditions such as dense fog and severe storms, the tour may not go ahead.
- Dogs are not allowed at the venues.
- You are not allowed to bring and/or consume your own food and/or beverages.
- In case of insufficient participation, a tour may be canceled. Guests will be notified by us in a timely manner.
- Third-party vouchers and discount offers must be redeemed as instructed. No discount promotion or voucher can be redeemed on site if a reservation has not been made in the correct manner. The vouchers are only valid on the day and departure time for which you redeemed them and cannot be used on any other departure time or date.
- There is no possibility of refund when cancelling tickets, reducing the number of people and arriving late.
- Changing tickets to another date is possible up to 5 days before the tour. This can be done by phone or email.
- All transportation shall be on the CBRB/VNPR Passenger Transportation Conditions, filed with the District Court of Rotterdam.
